reFlector
makes sure your business data is as secure as you want it to be. Apart from the required database login, privilege levels are set and maintained by the System Administrator.
These settings have the
effect of limiting the number of KPIs a user can see - from 1 to all the KPIs available! Typically, Corporate executives are granted unlimited access, whereas some personnel responsible for entering data may
only have access to view the one KPI that they maintain data or commentary for.
The general reFlector user has read-only
permission to the database - i.e. they cannot change any data displayed.
Other settings determine which personnel have access to enter data, textual commentary or KPI definitions directly into reFlector
